We had several pieces of furniture with sentimental value I was looking to update, to make work for modern life. Owner, Larry was very patient answering lots of questions and recommending fabric qualities to get the the best result. Quick to respond to messages, and what he quotes you is the price. His yardage estimates for my projects were spot on. If you want a thoughtful job, not done in rush, this is who I recommend.

Extraordinary experiences
Lake Wylie Upholstery Plus custom-made the cushion for our “over-sized” window seat. It came out better than we could ever dream. Larry Kincaid is the upholsterer and he listened to the vision that we had and made it come to life. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very affordable. The window seat is now the center of our home. It’s been over a year now since it was installed and even with daily use by (2) active toddlers it still looks beautiful and new. We’ll be going here from now on w/ all our upholstery. Keep up the great work Larry.
Thought a cushion needed a zipper replaced but Larry to the rescue – no zipper needed and no charge for the service. I will be back to have all the cushions’ zippers replaced. Being a local independent business is a bonus. 🙂
